We invite applications from suitably qualified high calibre candidates for the following vacancy:
Merchandising Specialist (Ref : KS-MS)

Responsibilities:

  • Support ordering and procurement execution, including order placement, delivery follow-up, and issue handling;
  • Coordinate with HQ and/or suppliers on cost, pricing, lead time, and order terms to ensure smooth order processing;
  • Support replenishment, stock adjustments, and inventory allocation across warehouse and stores based on sales and inventory status;
  • Maintain sell-in/sell-out/inventory reports and product master data; conduct performance analysis and prepare regular/ad-hoc reports;
  • Work closely with Retail Operations, Sales, Warehouse, Logistics, and Finance to support order planning and cross-functional execution;
  • Operate relevant internal systems and support process/system improvement initiatives;
  • Handle ad-hoc tasks and projects assigned by management.

 

 

Requirements:

  • Degree holder or above;
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience, preferably in retail, luxury, or fashion brand merchandising / procurement roles;
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical mind and good numerical sensitivity;
  • Strong communication, coordination and execution skill;
  • Good team player and able to work under pressure;
  • Proficient in MS Office, (Excel & PowerPoint);
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin).
