The role will be responsible for managing the retail operations of all treatment centres in Hong Kong. 

Responsibilities 

• Take a leading role in driving frontline therapists' performance across multiple brands and locations in Hong Kong; collaborating closely with marketing teams and platform business teams to drive seamless communications about current campaigns and offers 

• Review frontline sales and activity reports, provide timely business performance analysis to C-suite riding on robust operation management reporting system

• Responsible for setting up a daily review system and framework with front-line staff to identify performance gaps and provide coaching and training to motivate and enhance staff performance 

• Take an advisory role in robotic process automation (RPA) development to enable data accuracy, dashboard building for business planning and performance reviews 

• Provide insights to the Operations HR department on performance, salary appraisals and new hires

• Ensure operation efficiency and conduct effective internal communications such as presentations/ webinars for new promotion offers, omnichannel marketing campaigns and sales campaigns

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing or related disciplines. 

• 8+ years of relevant experience in luxury retail, F&B, hospitality, telecommunications or similar industries in which business planning is conducted through a high volume of data analytics. 

• Effective leadership skills for a massive sales force; strong business acumen and analytical skills.

• Experience in people coaching and gatekeeping as a value/ culture ambassador 

• Ability to communicate in both Chinese and English
