They are currently seeking a dedicated UAT Tester to join their team and provide comprehensive support to their rapidly growing business.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough testing of the HR finance system, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of data

• Utilize Excel to extract and analyze data efficiently

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand system logic and client requirements

• Explain test results clearly to clients, requiring strong communication skills

• Identify and define user interface requirements based on backend understanding

• Work proactively to troubleshoot and resolve issues

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in software testing or a related field

• Strong knowledge of finance principles and systems

• Proficiency in Excel, including VLOOKUP and data analysis

• Excellent soft skills, with the ability to communicate complex concepts to clients

• Logical thinking and problem-solving abilities
