Duties:
Handle maintenance and repair tasks for school premises and teaching centers
Assist in drafting engineering specifications, quotation requests, tender documents, and executing tender procedures
Supervise project works and ensure quality standards; follow up on deficiencies
Coordinate stakeholder requirements and expectations
Maintain and update building services drawings for school premises and teaching centers
Participate in other ad hoc projects as assigned
Requirements:
Higher Diploma or above in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or Construction Engineering
Minimum of 3 years’ relevant work experience
Proactive and capable of working independently
Responsible, with strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Chinese word processing, MS Office, and AutoCAD
Immediate availability is preferred
