Project Officer

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with internal departments and outside parties for the management and operations of funding projects

  • Assist in preparation of projects proposals, data collection and prepare progress reports

  • Provide support for related projects & events including operation and attendance outside office

  • Support various functions for the projects such as meetings, events arrangement & publicity, trainings & seminars to facilitate smooth delivery of the projects

  • Other relevant duties and ad hoc projects as required by the Company

  • Data entry and filing


Requirements:

  • University Graduates are preferred but not an necessity

  • IANG visa/Fresh graduates are welcome

  • Good command of both spoken and written Cantonese, English and Mandarin

  • Good social and communication skills

  • Able to work independent and self-motivated

  • Immediate availability will be an advantage

  • Good computer skills e.g. MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint Outlook and One Drive etc
