Responsibilities

• Assist Event Manager to organise and execute full set of event logistics for staff events, e.g. fun days, Christmas parties and corporate events, e.g. conferences, annual dinners, etc

• Liaise with internal teams, vendors and external stakeholders to ensure timely and successful delivery of events and projects

• Maintain accurate records of all event details, critiques, and post-event feedback for future reference and improvement

• Take on ad-hoc tasks and special projects as assigned, demonstrating flexibility, initiative, and the ability to manage various projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards

• Assist in any ad hoc duties as required

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of proven experience in events management, with experience gained from public relations or events companies/ agencies is an advantage

• Bachelor's Degree in Events Management, Public Relations, Marketing, Hospitality Management or related field

• Strong English and Chinese language skills

• Strong project management skills and experience juggling multiple timelines

• Analytical mindset with a focus on improving engagement and retention

• A creative and can-do attitude, self-motivated, strong sense of responsibility, independent, good leadership, able to work in a multi-disciplinary team and under pressure

• Immediate available is highly preferred
