你將來的工作：

負責執行貴賓室的清潔工作

在貴賓室為客人提供服務，包括但不限於：

• 進行掃地、拖地、除塵等各種清潔活動，保持貴賓室（公共區域、淋浴間、後勤區、自助餐檯）的整潔;

• 確保物資存貨及定期盤點相關物資;

• 將任何場地或物資損壞等通知上級;

• 以專業和耐心處理合理的投訴/要求。

你需要具備： 

• 中學程度或以上；

• 具相關經驗將獲優先考慮； 

• 可獨立工作。

What you’ll be doing:

• Responsible for cleaning duties of lounges

• Provide services to guests in lounges, including but not limited to:

• Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting and maintain the cleanliness and tidiness in lounges (public areas, shower rooms, back of the house areas, buffet counters)

• Responsible to Uniform and Linen daily operations

• Ensure an orderly store and to take stock regularly

• Notify superiors of any damages, deficits, etc.

• Protect equipment and making sure there are no inadequacies

• Deal with reasonable complaints/requests with professionalism and patience.

About you: 

• Secondary School level or above

• Relevant experience is an advantage

• Able to work independently
