工作地點: 駐守於九龍城區大型設施

職責:

• 監察 CCMS/BMS 系統之運作。

• 於系統出現問題／異常／警報時通知相關團隊。

• 匯報 CCMS 系統運作狀況。

• 按指示或工單要求調整機電通風及空調（MVAC）系統之設定值。

• 按指示或工單要求設定設備運作時間表。

• 按指示或工單要求建立設備趨勢紀錄。

• 以書面記錄所有維修及保養工作，並按要求向管理層匯報。

• 與維修及工程團隊協調任何維修、改善或升級工程。

• 按公司業務需要執行臨時指派之工作。

資歷／要求:

• 必須具備香港特別行政區工作許可。。

• 符合以下其中一項：

  • (a) 完成相關認可學徒訓練，並具最少 3 年完成學徒後之 MVAC 及 CCMS/BMS 系統操作及維修保養經驗；或

  • (b) 具最少 6 年 MVAC 及 CCMS/BMS 系統操作及維修保養經驗。

• 平安卡及建造業工人註冊證。

• 註冊電業工程人員REW R 級、A 級或以上。

• 持有有效建造業 基本安全訓練證書（平安咭）。

• 持有有效相關行業工藝測試證書。

• 能閱讀及書寫基本英文；能操流利廣東話。

• 具備電力及 MVAC 系統相關知識。

工作安排

• 必需輪班工作（三更）：08:00–17:00、14:30–23:30、23:00–08:00。

• 工作時間或因特殊工作安排而調整。

• 每週工作六天，輪休。

• 於公眾假期上班者可獲補假。

• 超時工作可獲超時津貼。

Computerized Central Management System/ Building Management System (CCMS / BMS) Operator (Technician I)

Work Location: Stationed at a major facility in Kowloon City District.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor the operation of CCMS/BMSsystem.

• Notify the team when there is any issue/ abnormal/ alarm.

• Report the status of the CCMS system when requested by the team.

• Adjust the setpoint/ setting of Mechanical Ventilation and Air-Conditioning (MVAC) system when requested by the team/ upon receiving work order.

• Set the schedule of the equipment when requested by the team/ upon receiving work order.

• Set trend log of the equipment when requested by the team/ upon receiving work order.

• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by the company based on business needs.

• Document all maintenance and repair activities in writing and report to management as required.

• Coordinate with maintenance and engineering teams for any repairs or upgrades.

Qualifications / Requirements:

• Must have legal working rights in the Hong Kong SAR.

• Valid REW A License, Safety Card and Construction Worker Registration Card are essential.

• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience.

• EITHER (a) An approved apprenticeship in related field; and at least three (3) years’ post apprenticeship experience in the operation and maintenance of MVAC installations CCMS/ BMS; OR (b) At least six (6) years’ experience in the operation and maintenance of MVAC installations and CCMS / BMS.

• Registered electrical worker of Grade R, Grade A or above.

• Possess a valid trade test certificate in related field.

• Possess a valid Construction Industry Safety Training Certificate.

• Basic spoken and written English and fluent in Chinese (Cantonese).

• Possess understanding of electrical and MVAC systems.

Work Arrangement:

• Shift work required, three shifts:  08:00 – 17:00, 14:30 – 23:30, & 23:00 – 08:00.

• Duty time may revise when deemed necessary.   

• Six working days per week, with rotating rest days.

• Alternative days off will be provided for public holiday work.

• Overtime allowance provided for extra hours.
