Assistant Accounting Officer

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist supervisor in coordinating daily finance operations & cross-departmental work

  • Handle accounting, voucher verification and report preparation

  • Support budget, cost control and financial analysis for decision-making

  • Cooperate with audits/tax and file financial documents

  • Complete ad-hoc financial tasks assigned by supervisor

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fields

  • 1 year of relevant work experience

  • Proficient in using financial systems and Microsoft office software, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint

  • Strong team collaboration and communication skills and proficiency in written and spoken Mandarin and English

  • Immediate availability or Being able to work overseas is preferred
