Assistant Treasury Officer / Treasury Officer (Ship Management)

Responsibilities 

  • Handle and follow up the daily treasury transactions

  • Perform month-end closing tasks, such as preparing journal vouchers, bank reconciliation, and monthly schedule

  • Prepare treasury and business analysis reports for management review

  • Coordinate and assist in treasury system testing with regards to procedures and operations control within the Treasury Department 

  • Handle enquiries and work well with different levels of the company as well as external parties 

  • Assist in ad hoc projects as required


Requirements

  • Diploma or above with major in Finance, Accounting or related disciplines

  • Fresh graduates are also welcomed

  • Relevant experience in accounting and/or treasury field will be an advantage

  • A good team player, self-motivated and detail oriented in work

  • Proficiency in MS Excel and Word

  • Good command of both English and Chinese

  • Candidates with more experience will be considered as Treasury Officer
