Responsibilities:

• Purchase assigned materials & services categories, fulfilling user's requirement in the most cost-effective way

• Develop and maintain effective communications & good relationship with local & global suppliers, as well as users

• Identify and implement cost saving initiatives

• Analyze various data to provide insight to support procurement related management decisions

• Work closely with other departments to align procurement strategies and participate in cross-functional teams for project needs
   

Requirement:

• Degree Holder, preferably in Procurement, Logistics, Supply Chain or related disciplines

• About 1 years working experience in sourcing, procurement and administrative management (Experience in FMCG is an advantage)

• Familiarity with CAPEX and service procurement, including contract terms negotiation

• Strong negotiation and analytical skills

• Detail oriented with good numeric sense

• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese. Conversational Mandarin is preferred

• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Procurement Officer
