Job Description
Policy & Program Development: Develop and implement health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.
Compliance & Auditing: Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and risk assessments to ensure compliance with occupational health and safety legislations and relevant requirements.
Training & Education: Develop and deliver training programs. Promote safety culture.
Incident Management: Lead investigations into accidents and injuries, analyze reports, and implement corrective actions.
Risk Assessment: Identify potential hazards, research new safety materials, and implement preventative measures.
Emergency Preparedness: Develop and manage emergency action plans.
Reporting: Maintain logs of safety activities, track incident metrics, and report status to leadership.
Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements
Degree holder in Environmental and Occupational and Health or related disciplines
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
Familiar with occupational health and safety regulations
Possess Certificate for Lifting Safety Supervisors and Certificates for Construction Safety Supervisors is an advantage
Knowledge in quality and environmental policies is a plus
Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua
Independent, responsible, self-motivated with strong interpersonal and communication skills
Proficient in MS Office
Immediate available is an advantage
