ERP System Maintainer

We are looking for a professional to maintain and manage our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. As an ERP system maintainer, you will join our IT team and be responsible for the maintenance, administration, and support of the system to ensure proper operation and user satisfaction.


Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure the proper operation of the ERP system, including system updates, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

  2. Manage the data in the ERP system, including database design, optimization, and backup, etc.

  3. Provide ERP system user support and training, solve user feedback problems, and provide technical support and operational guidance.

  4. Perform ERP system configuration and management, including system parameter setting, user rights management, report design and custom module development, etc.

  5. Maintain the security of the ERP system, including system access control, identity verification, privilege management and data encryption, etc.

  6. Generate ERP system related reports and analysis to provide data analysis and decision support.

Requirements:

  • Diploma / High Diploma graduate in Computing / IT or equivalent.

  • Have relevant ERP system maintenance and management experience, familiar with ERP system structure and functions.

  • Familiar with database management and maintenance, with MSSQL / MYSQL query.

  • Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and have design in web experience OR develop API solutions using technologies.

  • Good communication and problem-solving skills, able to effectively coordinate and communicate with users and other departments.

  • Good time management and planning skills with the ability to complete tasks and projects on time.

  • A degree or related professional certification is preferred. (Less experience OR fresh graduates will be consideration.)
