電器維修員Technician (持A牌或R牌優先考慮)

職責 :

·        負責家庭電器維修之跟進及測試

·        協助管理外判人員的日常運作

·        支援客戶服務中心有關維修及產品上的查詢

要求:

·        中五或以上學歷

·        3年或以上維修家庭電器產品相關經驗

·        持有電工牌(註冊電業工程人員)A牌或R牌及有燒焊經驗為優先考慮

·        熟悉冷氣, 雪櫃或洗衣機維修

·        能獨立處理維修工作

·        擁有良好客服及人際溝通技巧

·        有基本電腦操作知識優先
