Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement warehouse safety policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Oversee the operation of internal safety measures in the warehouse, including monitoring systems and CCTV 
- Conduct safety inspections to ensure equipment and facilities in the warehouse meet safety standards.
- Execute disaster emergency plans, including handling emergency situations such as fires and natural disasters.
- Ensure safe storage and transportation of items within the warehouse, and ensure employees adhere to relevant safety regulations.
- Assist in implementing safety training and education programs for warehouse staff to enhance safety awareness and compliance.
- Collaborate with relevant departments to handle safety incident investigations and reporting.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree or above in safety management or a related field.
- At least 3 years of working experience in safety management within the warehouse or logistics industry.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and standards in Hong Kong, and the ability to interpret and enforce relevant regulations.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong leadership abilities to guide and develop the safety team within the warehouse.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making skills to handle emergency situations and safety risks.
- Fluent oral and written communication skills in both Chinese and English.
