Systems Engineer

Responsibilities :

  • Perform installation, configuration and troubleshooting of Windows based OS, hardware and software

  • Responsible for system and networking administration and support

  • Manage and perform configuration tasks for servers, mailers, web and database servers, virtualization platform , relevant backup solution and IT security products

  • Be responsible for security management and control of infrastructure and optimisation of system resource

  • Ensure system availability, servers healthiness and disaster recovery plan in place

  • Plan and deploy IT projects for the new leads

  • Work closely with internal and external customers for the support of routine IT operations

  • Outdoor working is required to attend on premises support service jobs

Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma or above in Computer studies / Information technology or related discipline

  • Holder of MCSE / CCNA is preferable

  • Two years or above relevant experience are essential

  • Solid experience in Windows 2019/2022, Active directory & Domain Controller

  • Knowledge in administration of Mail and Web servers, Server/SAN Storage, Virtualization, VPN, Firewalling and security products of many kinds

  • Sound knowledge of Linux is an advantage

  • Self-motivated, innovative, independent and strong in problem-solving skills

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills in Cantonese
