Responsibilities:

• Provide daily IT helpdesk support services and deliver technical solutions to end-users in a timely manner

• Promptly respond to user inquiries, troubleshoot hardware and software issues

• Assist in installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipments

• Maintain and update technical documentation, databases, and standard operating procedures

• Support IT projects to enhance operational processes, infrastructure optimization and other technical improvement projects

• Perform other ad-hoc tasks

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Information Technology or Computer Science or relevant disciplines

• Minimum 1 year of IT helpdesk or support relevant experience

• Proficient in the administration and maintenance of Windows and Linux server operating systems 

• Sound knowledge in configuring and troubleshooting mainstream network devices 

• Familiar with at least one scripting language, such as PowerShell, Python, or Shell; Experience in automation project will be an advantage 

• Good command of both written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin

• Fresh graduate will also be considered

• Familiarity with mainland China writing formats is a plus

• Immediate availability is preferred
