Job Summary

We’re looking for a motivated and energetic Cloud Business Development Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will engage with potential customers via outbound calls and face-to-face meetings, introduce our innovative IT and cloud solutions, and help drive business growth. If you enjoy connecting with people, spotting opportunities, and achieving goals in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to have you on our team.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our solutions and generate high-quality leads

• Warm call and follow up on marketing campaigns, event lists, and existing databases

• Identify customer needs and pain points, and propose the right cloud solutions that best fit their business

• Attend face‑to‑face meetings with customers to deepen engagement and convert qualified leads

• Qualify business opportunities and schedule appointments for Account Managers

• Maintain accurate records and update CRM with call notes and outcomes

• Work closely with the Sales Team to support pipeline development and achieve monthly targets

• Build positive relationships with prospects through professional and customer‑centric communication

We are looking for:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree preferred

• 1–2 years of telemarketing or inside sales experience (fresh graduates are also welcome)

• Excellent telephone manner and communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin

• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision

• Strong sense of responsibility, positive attitude, and a team player

• Experience in IT or cloud service sales will be an advantage

• Interested in developing your career in fast growing Cloud industry becoming a professional
