Responsibilities 

• Manage day-to-day operations of retail shop within budgeted guidelines and up to the highest standards;

• Provide leadership and guidance to a small team of full time & part time staff and prepare roster;

• Control labour and expenditures effectively with budget constraints;

• Develop and train current/existing team members to ensure consistency across retail production and operation;

• Set and implement Sales & Marketing strategies/plans to achieve the sales target and cost control;

• Provide and suggest input on procurement procedures improvement;

• Identify consumer needs and respond proactively to their concerns as well as market's demands;

• Establish a Standard of Operations Guidelines and Manuals and actively train, monitor, inspire and guide all outlet personnel across all shops to ensure such standards are being observed;

• Comply with all health and safety law and regulations;

• Provide timely reports on management regarding sales results and productivity;

• Handle any ad-hoc projects as required

Requirements 

• Diploma holder in Business Management or related disciplines;

• At least 5 years in retail management practical experience;

• Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently;

• Multi- task and ability to work under pressure;

• Good interpersonal communication and leadership skills;

• Up to date with Retail trends and best practices;

• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua);

• Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, POS)
