Key Responsibilities

• Provide quality patient care and respond proactively to meet client needs

• Work with other members of the clinical team and participate actively to enhance teamwork and smooth operations of the unit

• Comply with the hospital policies and procedures to meet statutory and professional standards

• Keep good and accurate documentation related to patient care processes

• Participate in quality improvement activities and infection control practices in the unit(s)

• Engage in update of clinical knowledge and core competencies required by the Nursing Council and CUHK Medical Centre

• Shift duties required

• Perform any other duties assigned by supervisor(s) 

Job Requirements

• Holder of a Diploma in Nursing or above

• Holder of a valid General Nursing (Enrolled Nurse) Practising Certificate issued by the Nursing Council of Hong Kong

• Good interpersonal, communication and customer service skills

• Demonstrable personal commitment in providing safe and quality patient care services

• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese

Compensation and Employment Terms

Appointment will be made on a 3-year contract with contract-end gratuity, renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.
