This is a pivotal role for a professional with 3–4 years of experience to step into a high-impact, B2B operational role. You will work closely with our Global Account Manager to oversee brand licensing, compliance, and production guidelines across all global regions.

Key Responsibilities: Mastering Brand Licensing & Compliance
As a Senior Brand Operations Officer, you will be the technical linchpin ensuring that global brand identities are protected and correctly executed during production.
1. Brand Licensing & Contract Analysis
Administer and maintain the global brand portfolio and licensing agreements.
Interpret and Review: Critically read licensing contracts, extract key commercial terms, and identify mandatory brand guidelines.
Communicate complex compliance requirements and local laws to internal production and technical teams to ensure 100% accuracy in manufacturing.
2. End-to-End Operational Execution
Own the full B2B order lifecycle, from design brief to final delivery.
Compile and manage essential documentation, including Letters of Approval (LOA), global price lists, and vendor contracts.
Coordinate global sample shipments and consolidate feedback from international brand partners.
3. Cross-Functional Production Liaison
Support Account Managers by initiating detailed design briefs for new luxury products.
Collaborate with Product Development to ensure all physical samples meet the strict aesthetic and legal standards of the licensing brand.
4. Financial & Royalty Management
Requirements: Who You Are
We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented professional with a strong foundation in the luxury or cosmetics sector.
Experience: 3–4 years of proven experience in Brand Operations, Licensing, or Procurement Administration.
Sector Focus: Direct experience in the Luxury Retail, Cosmetics, or FMCG sector is highly preferred.
Technical Skills: Ability to analyze licensing contracts and translate legal/brand guidelines into actionable production instructions.
Education: Degree holder in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
Operational Track Record: Solid understanding of B2B documentation flow and end-to-end order execution.
Language Skills: Proficiency in English and Cantonese is mandatory for coordinating with global stakeholders and local production teams.
