Project Quantity Surveyor

Job Duties:

  • Lead the review of tender documents, cost estimation, and support the bidding team.

  • Prepare Interim Payment Applications (IPA), subcontractor payments, variation orders (VO), and subcontract packages.

  • Handle contractual matters including guarantees, insurance policies, and claims documentation.

  • Provide support in training related to Scope of Professional Obligations (SOPO) and dispute resolution.


Job Requirements:

  • University Degree in Quantity Surveyor/Engineering/Equivalent.

  • Minimum 6 years for PQS / minimum 9 years for SQS.

  • Professional member of HKIS/RICS/other relevant professional institution.

  • Good command of English and Chinese.

  • Familiar with MS office, programming software.
