Quantity Surveyor

Job Duties:

  • Review tender documents, assist in cost estimation, and support the bidding process.

  • Prepare IPA, subcontractor payments, VO, and subcontract packages.

  • Assist in handling contractual matters including guarantees, insurance, and claims.

  • Support SOPO training and dispute resolution.


Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline.

  • QS: 4–6 years of relevant experience; AQS: fresh graduate to 3 years of experience.

  • Basic to intermediate technical skills; familiarity with NEC contracts is a plus.

  • Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.

  • Membership in RICS / HKIS is preferred but not mandatory.
