Assistant Quantity Surveyor

Job Duties:

  • Assist in preparing IPA, subcontractor payments, VO, and subcontract packages.

  • Support contract signing, work order approvals, guarantees, insurance policies, and claims documentation.

  • Assist in reviewing tender documents, cost estimation, and bidding support.

  • Participate in SOPO training and dispute resolution support.


Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline.

  • AQS: fresh graduate to 3 years of experience.

  • Basic to intermediate technical skills; familiarity with NEC contracts is a plus.

  • Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.

  • Membership in RICS / HKIS is preferred but not mandatory.
