What you’ll be doing:
Provide services to guests in lounges, including but not limited to:

• To provide 15 to 30 minutes head and shoulder massage to eligible guests

• Ensure excellent service delivery and maintain a long-term professional relationship with clients

• Maintaining a working environment where all associates can build on constructive feedback. To encourage the use of direct and indirect feedback to improve your self-awareness and development

• Assist in the formulation of programs for wellness

• Maintain technical equipment maintenance, hygiene, and repair

你將來的工作：
在貴賓室為客人提供服務，包括但不限於：

• 為合資格的賓客提供 15 - 30分鐘的頭部及肩部按摩；

• 確保為顧客提供優質的服務並與顧客保持長期良好關係；

• 提供建設性反饋以改善公司整體服務質素；

• 協助顧客制定量身訂做的健康計劃；

• 負責技術設備的維護、衛生和維修。 

Job Requirements:

• Relevant experience in hotel or catering is an advantage

• Proficiency in massage techniques

• Good command of spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese

• Good interpersonal skills with pleasant and outgoing personality

• Able to work independently and under pressure

• Shift duty is required and able to work on Public Holidays

• 酒店或飲食業相關經驗將獲優先考慮；

• 具備良好的按摩技能

• 基本的英語、普通話和粵語口語和書寫能力；

• 外向並有良好人際交往和溝通技巧；

• 可獨立工作和應付壓力；

• 可輪班並在公眾假期工作。
