Event Management Officer

JOB DESCRIPTION

* Participate in event management, preparation, setups, reception tasks, as well as greeting clients
* Handle copy-writing in relation to Event/PR-related materials, such as press release, scripts of speeches etc.

* Co-ordinating with in-house designers and production team for the arrangements of the events
* Ad hoc task assigned requirements

REQUIREMENTS
* Preferably at least 1-2 year working experience
* Proactive, responsible, & high flexibility
* Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
