Work Location: Tuen Mun / Yuen Long

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and mentor team leaders and staff, providing leadership and support to ensure high performance in documentation and customer service tasks.

• Monitor compliance with industry regulations and company policies, taking corrective actions as needed.

• Lead regular reviews and audits of documentation processes, identifying areas for improvement and driving continuous enhancement initiatives

• Coordinate and monitor daily operations in the logistics warehouse using the Warehouse Management System (WMS).

• Handle physical inbound/outbound/put-away processes.

• Assist in conducting regular inventory counts and audits to ensure stock accuracy.

• Update inventory records in the Warehouse Management System (WMS) as needed.

• Pick items from storage based on order specifications.

• Pack and label orders for shipment according to company standards.

• Load and unload trucks using appropriate equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks.

Requirements: 

• F.5/ HKDSE or above.

• 5-7 years of relevant experience in the shipping/logistics industry at a supervisory level. Candidates with more/less experience will be considered for different level.

• Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Supply Chain Management (SCM).

• Preferably experienced in warehouse operations, including maintaining and monitoring daily productivity and operational output.

• Strong leadership, team management, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities; able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Skilled in problem analysis and resolution.

• Familiarity with MS Word and Excel is an advantage.

• Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards.

• Flexible to work in shifts as required.
