Programmer

Job duties: 

  • Perform system requirement collection, environment setup, development & maintenance support, testing and deployment
  • Conduct system analysis based on user business and technical requirements
  • Assist system design and prepare related software engineering documents
  • Prepare business and technical documentations and conduct user training
  • Participate in identifying technical risks, respond to user queries and resolve problems
  • Provide application support to end-users, e.g. user acceptance test, user training, operation enquiry
  • Provide application support and assist Operation team for solving IT problem
  • After-office hour support duty may be required

Requirements:

  • Degree Holder / Higher Diploma in Computer Science, Computer Studies, Information Technology or related discipline;
  • 1 year experience in the telecommunication / IT system development and maintenance, fresh graduate is also considered;
  • Knowledge and experience in system design and development with all / some of the following technologies:
  • Operating System: Windows, Linux and Unix
  • Programming Languages: Power Builder, Java, Javascript, JQuery, Ajax, PL/SQL, Shell Script, Web Service (SOAP, REST), XML, JSON, MobileApp language (Objective-C / Swift / Android);
  • Software / System / Tool : Apache, Flex Workflow, IIS, JBOSS, Jmeter, Tomcat, Weblogic, Oracle SOA suite, OBIEE & ODI;
  • Database: Oracle, MySQL, MS-SQL, NOSQL is a plus.
