Job Description

• Accurately prepare and issue employment contracts and offer letters.

• Collect, verify, and archive all new hire documents and data.

• Manage bulk recruitment communication for frontline roles via WhatsApp.

• Execute standardized outreach, including interview scheduling and result notifications.

• Schedule interviews for line managers, and update candidate status.

• Handle routine candidate inquiries to ensure a smooth hiring journey.

• Maintain recruitment databases and trackers.

• Assist with generating basic recruitment reports and administrative tasks.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in a related field (HR, Business Psychology, etc.)

• Prior administrative experience is required; experience in an HR support role is highly preferred.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

• Fluent in Cantonese, with fast and accurate typing skills in Cantonese and English.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Immediately available is preferred
