As an Associate in our Restructuring practice, you'll be involved in a wide range of interesting and challenging deals, often spanning multiple jurisdictions. This is a unique opportunity to develop your skills in insolvency, restructuring and litigation support through exposure to working with lenders, investors, companies and their advisors in distressed and urgent situations.

Navigating Responsibilities

Business Involvement: High-profile insolvency and restructuring assignments and investigations and complex cross-border matters.

Support Engagement: Assisting with day-to-day management of engagements such as financial and operational restructuring, official and voluntary liquidations, other formal and informal insolvency and restructuring procedures;

Analyze, Investigate and Forecast: Compiling and analyzing books and records, conducting an inventory of assets and dealing with claims of creditors; performing cash-flow forecast, financial analysis and financial investigations

Craft Materials: Drafting sections of detailed, complex reports and documents for Courts, creditors and stakeholders;

Project Monitoring: Monitoring progress and ensuring completion of client work to statutory and client deadlines.
The Ideal Candidate
- A bachelor's degree holder or higher in a relevant field;

Problem Solver: Ability to practically apply knowledge to identify issues and solve complex problems.

Analytical Thinker with good writing skills: Strong financial, business analytical and report writing skills.

Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills (written and spoken).

Pro-active; self-motivated and collaborative: Good business sense and a proactive, can-do attitude; Driven, self-starter that can work collaboratively.

Master in confidential information handling: Ability to manage confidential, sensitive information.
