岗位职责

1. 根据内外部监管对药房的合规风险管理要求，进行持续培训和帮助能力建设，强化DTP合规运营体系，落实内外部管理要求

2. 制定DTP区域市场策略和计划，赋能DTP药房专业服务力，优化患者治疗体验，以支持BU业务目标

3. 深入分析市场趋势，精准把握政策导向，推动DTP 模式的探索优化, 协调内外部沟通及落地运营，如：内外部相关部门对接沟通；KPI制定及跟踪；产品准入与退出等

4. 制定区域DTP专业赋能及合规管理规划，并监督和跟进执行进展

5. 整合区域内风险管理及专业赋能的反馈，及时与总部策略团队沟通，协助制定改进方案

招聘标准

1. 学历：本科及以上，医学/药学相关专业优先

2. 经验：4年及以上肿瘤（MNC）或DTP渠道管理相关经验；1年及以上带人/团队管理经验

3. 核心能力：

1）具备优秀的数据分析和逻辑思考能力，和PPT 制作及汇报能力

2）良好的沟通及协调能力，具有冲突管理能力

3）学习能力强，韧性强，能够接受较高频出差
