We are one of the well-known Catering companies in Hong Kong with a strong market presence. We are looking for an energetic, seasoned, passionate, and pleasant HR leader to join our group. We believe that talent is able to continue to develop, strategize, and implement some of our HR initiatives in the nearest future.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the Hong Kong HR function on full spectrum of HR & admin functions, including but not limited to recruitment, compensation and benefits, staff engagement and administration

• Handle annual budget, salary review and bonus scheme with ability to conduct various proposals and market surveys

• Work closely with top management team on any HR initiatives and take part in the company's strategic decision-making.

• Review and develop the Group HR & Admin policy, procedures and practices to ensure the consistency and compliance with the group and statutory regulations

• Liaise with all internal and external stakeholders to implement HR administration policies and procedures in the work environment.

• Drive a culture of growth, organization changes, business transformation and positive employee relations

• Be a servicing partner to all business units in terms of guiding growth and ensuring a comprehensive HR infrastructure in place
  

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management or related disciplines

• 15+ year’s solid HR & Administration experience in Catering or FMCG industry

• At least 8 years of management experience in leading a team and liaising with senior management 

• Solid all-round HR expertise with a strong business partnering focus

• Hands-on, proactive, independent with excellent communication skills

• Good stakeholder management and interpersonal skills

• Proficient in MS Office applications especially in Excel and PowerPoint

• Fluent in Cantonese and English
