社區藥房客戶服務員 (多名)

主要職責:

  • 協助社區藥房日常運作、提供優質客戶服務,解答顧客查詢;

  • 負責日常社區藥房出納、清機埋數及文件處理等工作;

  • 處理POS零售收銀系統,包括現金、EPS、八達通等支付交易。

入職要求:

  • 中學程度或以上學歷,一年或以上POS系統收銀經驗;

  • 擁有社區藥房及收銀工作經驗優先考慮;

  • 良好粵語、英語及普通話;

  • 主動有禮,勤奮,親切,細心,具備責任心和良好溝通能力;

  • 有良好職業道德、誠實有禮,能獨立處理問題,和團隊合作精神。

  • 五天工作;可能需要輪班/調配值班。
