主要職責:

  • 支援SEN學生到校服務

  • 於校內提供駐校專業服務，照顧有特殊學習需要的學生，並為教師及家長提供適切的支援，服務內容包括：

    1. 提供個別輔導

    2. 舉辦小組訓練及多元活動，例如：改善社交技巧（包括兩性相處）、提升學習表現及培養自我管理能力等

    3. 即時支援教師處理學生的情緒及行為問題

    4. 協助推行個別學習計劃

    5. 為家長舉辦個人及/或小組活動，加強家長支援學生的能力

    6. 定期向 SENCO 匯報學生及工作情況，並需定時與校方開會，檢討支援工作進度

入職要求:

  • 註冊社工

  • 社會工作學位或以上

  • 具2年特殊教育服務、青少年及家長服務經驗

  • 具責任感，能獨立工作

  • 具駐校社工經驗優先

  • 已完成性罪行紀錄查核
