Key Responsibilities:

• Assist Executive Director to monitor daily operation and strategic development of Yau Tsim Mong District Health Centre (YTM DHC), including supervising center service provision, external liaison and collaboration;

• Plan and monitor service provision to ensure contractual obligations are met and key performance indicators are fulfilled;

• Lead the supporting teams including social service team, administrative and human resources team, accounting team, marketing and PR team to implement primary healthcare services and ensure compliance with DHC operation guidelines, protocol with the Service Contract;

• Implement medical social collaboration and liaison with external meeting with local partners;

• Perform any other duties as assigned.

Entry Requirements:

• Degree Holder or above in Social Work or Business Administration or Healthcare related discipline is preferred. Master Degree or above is a plus;

• At least 12 years of post-qualification experiences. Out of which a minimum of 7 years in a management and supervisory position in the areas of public administration, healthcare related or community service operations;

• Acuminous and passionate in community primary healthcare service and with strong sense of commitment;

• Proficiency in managing multidisciplinary team and cross-sector partnership;

• Excellent command of spoken and written Chinese and English.
