What You’ll Do :

• Product Onboarding & Configuration: Assist in onboarding new products and configuring backend systems to ensure smooth operations and user experience
• Content Operations: Support in writing, formatting, and managing operational content across platforms (no creative writing required)
• Tool & System Usage: Operate various internal and external tools to carry out daily operations – we value fast learners!

What You’ll Need :

• Fast learner who can pick up new systems and tools quickly
• Highly adaptable in fast-changing environments, with a can-do attitude
• Proactive, eager to learn, and comfortable with ambiguity
• Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese
• At least 3 full work days per week is required
