Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee all procurement activities across HQ and affiliated units for ensuring compliance with procurement and vendor management policies

• Monitor procurement efficiency and effectiveness to achieve operational excellence

• Manage centralized procurement activities to optimize resources integration and strengthen cost control measures

• Manage vendor lifecycle, including but not limited to strategic vendor selection and performance monitoring

• Manage operational and production-related assets, including procurement, inventory control, and disposal

• Monitor the utilization of the Group’s procurement platform and vendor management system across all units for ensuring its effectiveness and efficiency

• Drive the implementation, enhancement and continuous improvement of procurement and vendor management systems

• Regularly review, update, and enforce procurement policies and procedures to maintain compliance and best practices

• Organize and facilitate procurement review meetings in accordance with governance requirements

• Undertake other ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Procurement Management, Supply Chain Management, or related disciplines

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in procurement and vendor management, with supervisory experience

• Prior experience in state-owned enterprise is preferred

• Strong communication, coordination, analytical and problem-solving skills

• Proficient in both written and spoken Chinese and English, including Mandarin

• Familiarity with Chinese writing format is preferred
