Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in coordinating procurement activities across HQ and affiliated units for ensuring compliance with procurement and vendor management procedures

• Provide guidance and support to end-users on procurement-related inquiries to facilitate smooth and efficient procurement processes

• Handle centralized procurement activities by consolidating orders from various departments

• Maintain and update vendor database in a timely and accurate manner

• Assist in tracking production assets and office equipment through periodic inventory checks and disposal management

• Participate in enhancement and effective use of procurement and vendor management systems

• Assist in reviewing and updating procurement policies and procedures regularly

• Undertake other ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Procurement Management, Supply Chain Management, or related disciplines

• Minimum of 1 year experience in procurement field

• Prior experience in state-owned enterprise is preferred

• Strong communication, coordination skills with proactive and positive attitude

• Eagerness to learn and grow within procurement function

• Proficient in both written and spoken Chinese and English, including Mandarin

• Familiarity with Chinese writing format is preferred

• Fresh graduate will also be considered
