• Oversee day to day operations and monitor performance of the stores to maximize sales;

• Train and motivate staff to perform their duties and provide excellent customer services;

• Analyze and report regularly on operational performance of stores;

• Monitor the overall sales performance and service quality of the team;

• Formulate and execute sales plan in order to achieve sales target;

• Manage food production flow, review food quality and service standards and provide guidance, instructions to the team and control food, labor cost and inventory management;

• Prepare and archive operational budgets and forecasts periodically;

• Staff planning, coaching and development;

• Work closely with all functional teams to drive business results;

• Ensure Company standard can be carried out effectively;

• Report to Operation Manager and assist in full spectrum of store operations issues.

Requirements:

• Degree / Diploma holder or equivalent is an advantage;

• Minimum 3 years’ relevant working experience in district operations;

• Proficiency in English and Chinese;

• Good leadership skill, communication skill, analytical skill and problem-solving skills;

• Knowledge of food safety and management;

• Hands-on experience in PC applications of MS Office;

• Candidate with less experience will be considered as District Assistant Manager.
