About Our Client:
Our client is a well-established food supplier in Hong Kong. They are currently looking for an HR Manager to join their team. This role presents an excellent opportunity to work in a stable and growing organization, handling comprehensive HR responsibilities. The successful candidate will supervise a subordinate to handle daily tasks. 

Duties:

• Manage all aspects of HR functions, encompassing Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relations, HR Operations, and Compliance

• Ensure smooth HR operations by overseeing payroll, taxation, insurance, pension, benefits administration, leave management, and HRIS management

• Monitor workplace safety and handle work injury cases

• Implement HR systems and related platforms

• Lead recruitment initiatives, focusing on sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new hires

• Maintain and review various insurance policies, including vehicle, liability, material protection, EC, cargo, and stock

• Support comprehensive daily office administration and facilities maintenance

• Source, monitor, and evaluate vendors and their contracts

• Facilitate performance management processes, including goal setting, performance appraisals, and development planning

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related discipline

• Minimum 8 years of relevant working experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory/managerial role in F&B and catering industry.

• Professional knowledge of Hong Kong human resources practices, including recruitment, C&B, operations, and compliance

• Practical knowledge of Hong Kong Labour Ordinance, Privacy and Equal Opportunity Ordinances, and other HR practices

• Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Cantonese

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written

• Immediately available is preferred
