- Provide quality service and attends to guests’ complaints & inquiries
- Coordinate with internal departments to handle the operation issue
Job Requirements
- Diploma or above in Hospitality or related disciplines
- Pleasant, polite personality and service-oriented
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
- Fresh graduate will also be considered
