We invite experienced candidate to apply the following position:
Job Responsibilities
- Handling administrative and liaison work in relation to the sourcing and procurement duties to hotel property;
- Ensure all purchase orders are handle and proceed in a timely and efficiently manner;
- Ensure all orders are properly approved and record. Furnish all documentation for payment and record;
- Prepare periodical procurement and progress report for management review.
Job Requirements
- Certificate or Diploma in Procurement with 2 years' or above purchasing experience in related industry;
- Detailed-minded, well organized, multi-tasking with strong sense of responsibility;
- Fast learner with positive working attitude;
- Good communication skill, able to communicate product requirement and specifications to vendors to ensure all goods are promptly sources.
