Responsibilities:

• Conduct global market research to understand customers’ brands, their needs & gaps and offer the product design to customers
• Stay updated on global market trends for new ideas, silhouettes, and technologies
• Work closely with customer to meet their requirements and exceed their expectations
• Produce innovative product design and translate concept into samples based on customer direction to achieve design intent and fit for performance
• Deliver product presentations within the customer and internal organization
• Liaise with the technical team to source fabrics and components in the market.
• Conduct pattern cutting to ensure new designs are suitable for bulk production

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Design or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years related working experiences in the sportswear field with supervisory experience
• Proficiency in design software - AI & PS
• Attentive to details with strong sense of responsibility
• Good command of spoken and written English 
• Station in Hong Kong
• Frequent travel to Vietnam and China
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Fashion Designer
