Reporting to the Assistant Customer Service Manager, the incumbent will be working at our 24-hour Customer Service Centre and responsible for the following duties:

• Provide professional and efficient customer service support, including handling incoming calls and enquiries from customers and calls for emergency repair services

• Assist to schedule / arrange job assignments to technicians

• Perform data entry to SAP system and data updates

• Willing to work on shift duties, including overnight shifts (Full-time)

• 跟進客戶之要求及編排維修工作予前線技術員

• 資料輸入及簡單文書工作

• 工作日數：(Full-time) 每星期6天，需輪班（包括通宵工作）

Requirements

• Form 5 or above

• At least one-year relevant working experience in call centre or customer services is highly preferred

• Professional telephone manner, excellent customer services attitude, and good communication skills

• Sound knowledge of application software, such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese Word Processing (Cangjie / Quick Fix)

• Pleasant, mature, independent, with strong sense of responsibility

• Good command of spoken English, Cantonese, and Putonghua

• Work location: Quarry Bay

• Immediate available is a definite advantage

• 中五或以上學歷

• 具一年或以上呼叫中心／客戶服務相關工作的經驗者可獲優先考慮

• 具良好的溝通技巧及客戶服務態度

• 熟識基本電腦操作及電腦應用軟件，如MS Office和中文文字輸入法 (倉頡 / 速成)

• 良好粵語、英語及普通話的會話能力

• 具備良好中英文書寫能力

• 工作地點：鰂魚涌

• 可即時上班者優先
