Key Accountabilities:

• Inspects all guest rooms and pantry areas to ensure the highest standard of cleanliness
• Handles all requests and complaints on guest floors
• Organises and oversees daily workflow and manpower allocation to ensure smooth operation and efficiency
• Provides direction, guidance and training to Room Attendants to uphold Hotel standards

General Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years' Housekeeping supervisory experience, related experience in luxury hotels is a plus
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Fluent in spoken and written English. Good command of Cantonese or Mandarin is an advantage
• Strong knowledge of hospitality services and Housekeeping operations
