Requirements:

• Degree holder in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related disciplines preferred

• Minimum 5 years of warehouse management experience in pharmaceutical, medical, healthcare, or life science sectors; cold chain management experience preferred

• Multi‑disciplinary knowledge with solid understanding of regulatory requirements for Medical Devices (e.g., Wholesale Dealer License)

• Strong knowledge of GDP and ISO certifications

• Proficient in warehouse management systems

• Strong analytical skills, a good team player, and self‑motivated

• Proficient in written & spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin

Tasks & responsibilities

• Collaborate with key stakeholders to enhance healthcare supply chain operations and drive process improvements that align with business needs

• Develop and implement supply chain policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure zero defects

• Redefine systems, processes, and organizational structures to maximize efficiency and achieve financial savings

• Establish key performance metrics and present results to senior management

• Utilize continuous improvement tools to identify and eliminate root causes for issues, managing corrective actions effectively

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient logistics processes
