About the role:

• Responsible for the company’s overall accounting processing, reviewing business-related original vouchers (such as purchase invoices, sales invoices, expense reimbursement documents), ensuring authenticity, legality, and compliance with accounting standards

• Collect and analyze industry data, prepare financial statements, assist in business analysis, profitability analysis, and provide financial advice to support decision-making

• Responsible for monthly, quarterly, and annual closing work (including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports), for comprehensive accounting analysis

• Assist in internal and external audits, coordinate audit preparations and follow-up

• Responsible for budget control and review, verifying the legality and authenticity of procurement contracts, reviewing the completeness of contract documents, and ensuring compliance

• Prepare financial statements and reports according to company requirements, ensure accuracy, and reflect operational performance

• Other finance-related tasks

You are the perfect one if you are/have:

• Education & Major: Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting, Finance, or related major; CPA or intermediate accounting certificate preferred

• Work Experience: At least 3 years of experience in overall accounting or financial reporting, industry experience is preferred

• Familiar with national financial policies and regulations, tax policies, accounting standards, and experienced in financial statements and tax declarations

• Professionalism: Rigorous work style, strong numerical sensitivity, high degree of responsibility, good communication skills, and ability to work under pressure

• Language Skills: Proficient in Mandarin and Cantonese, strong writing and reporting skills
