About the role:

• Responsible for daily fund collection and payment management, handling bank accounts, cash transfers, investment approvals, and bills; ensuring legal and complete documentation

• Responsible for fund ledger management, reconciliation, and reporting; assisting in the preparation of fund statements and cash flow projections

• Participate in the company’s capital budget planning and control, provide optimization recommendations

• Responsible for bank relations and financing, managing borrowing and repayments

• Expense reimbursement review and approval (including travel, procurement, etc.); enhance fund efficiency

• Responsible for preparing internal accounting reports, analysis of financial indicators, and reporting to headquarters

• Other finance-related tasks

You are the perfect one if you are/have:

• Education & Major: Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting, Finance, or related major

• Work Experience: More than 3 years of experience in fund or treasury management, familiar with industry practices

• Familiar with capital budget management and planning, experienced in various financial software tools (such as online banking, invoices, third-party platforms)

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial software (SAP), strong data analysis ability

• Professionalism: Strong sense of responsibility, rigorous, good communication and coordination skills, ability to work under stress

• Language Skills: Proficient in Mandarin and Cantonese
