About the role:

• AR/AP Management: Responsible for daily reimbursement processing, review of payment applications, collection follow-up, and reconciliation progress tracking

• AP Management: Responsible for verification and compliance of incoming invoices, monitoring payment cycles, and controlling procurement costs

• Inventory Management: Responsible for inventory accounting, monthly/quarterly/year-end reconciliation, and verifying cost of goods sold

• Participate in monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing tasks; handle related expense accruals

• Responsible for financial document archiving, ensuring accuracy and completeness of accounting vouchers, and assisting in internal and external audits

• Collaborate with relevant departments to resolve issues in processes such as invoice matching and payment

• Other finance-related tasks

You are the perfect one if you are/have:

• Education & Major: Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting, Finance, or related major; intermediate accounting certificate preferred

• Work Experience: 3 years of experience in AR/AP or inventory management, industry experience preferred

• Familiar with AR/AP and inventory accounting processes

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial software (SAP), strong data analysis ability

• Language Skills: Proficient in Mandarin and Cantonese
