Responsibilities:
- Handle room reservations via different booking channels
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date reservation records
- Perform administrative tasks and ad-hoc duties
Requirements
- Certificate or above in Hospitality or related discipline
- Pleasant and service-oriented
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
- Minimun 1 year relevant experience in reservation team
- Fresh graduate will also be considered
